Serves as a champion of the HR operating model. Serves as primary liaison with HR Shared Services to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and escalate and address issues and risks. Serves as a champion for the HR operating model and serves as the primary liaison between the facility leadership and COE to ensure that services and solutions are driving business objectives and aligned with facility needs. Other duties as assigned. Designs and delivers new hire experiences, onboarding, and orientation to align with business objectives and culture. Leads compliance efforts related to regulatory standards, including generating responses, reviewing data, performing audits, and providing documentation to authorities. Provides guidance to front line leaders in coaching, counseling, career development, and policy interpretation. Establishes relationships to work as a trusted partner and advisor to facility leadership. Maintains open communication to execute programs, services, and solutions for achieving business objectives. Advises on workforce planning, recruitment, leadership development, employee training, performance management, compensation reviews, career and succession planning, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness. Partners in developing and implementing human resources programs and initiatives locally or regionally, translating business requirements into human resources goals. Leads or partners on performance review committee projects, providing decision support and implementing solutions. Responsible for workforce planning by partnering with line managers to forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements. Drives discussions on workforce and organization design changes based on business needs and provides recommendations. Consults with human resources shared services on market trends impacting future talent sources and works with talent acquisition on strategies to support labor demand models. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of a variety of human resources disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics and employee engagement Effective communicator, with strong professional and interpersonal skills Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously, with organization and accuracy Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion Education Bachelor's in HR, business, or related field [Required] Master's [Preferred] Field of Study N/A Work Experience 3+ years of experience in a related field [Required] 4+ of HR experience preferably in an HR business advisor role within a healthcare setting [Preferred] Hospital/Healthcare experience [Preferred] Project management and consulting experience [Preferred] Additional Information An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: - Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience OR - Associates degree and 5+ years of experience OR - High School Grad or Equivalent and 7+ years of experience.
