HR Partner - Caseyville Plant

The HR Partner will support the execution of people strategies aligned to the operational goals of the Caseyville facility. This role partners closely with site leadership, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence to help create a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment. The HR Partner will provide hands-on support to leaders by applying HR best practices, leveraging data and addressing day-to-day workforce needs. This position focuses on strengthening team member engagement, retention, and development while supporting operational effectiveness and business results.
