POINT SEBAGO RESORT- CASCO, ME - HOUSING MAY BE AVAILABLESeasonal Full Time PositionCourtesy Patrol Primary Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage the Courtesy Patrol team on a daily basis. Advise immediately of any problems that may arise that could have an impact on the services provided. Ensure all patrol officers have been trained to the required standard and conduct regular one-on-one meetings to appraise the personnel of issues and developments. Maintains the security of the resort, common area buildings, and all assets. Performs inside and outside patrols. Responds to trouble, security, emergency calls, and demonstrates the ability to respond to and coordinate emergencies. Working on weekends and holidays is mandatory. In addition to these functions the Team Leader will be required to undertake other reasonable duties when required. Courtesy Patrol Education & Experience Previous security and/or loss prevention background is required. Must be atleast 21 years of age Resort or Hospitality leadership/management knowledge is a plus. Experience in reporting and emergency response. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
