Part-Time: 24 Hours Per Week Your Role Assist corporate business customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, accommodating both individuals and groups. Conduct thorough research and analysis of travel options, proactively identifying traveler needs to promote additional services. Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including air, rail, and accommodations, of varying complexities. Utilize Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS) efficiently. Ensure adherence to travel policies agreed upon by customers, service provider guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Employ positive telephone techniques to address special customer requests with care. Foster teamwork by mentoring colleagues and providing constructive feedback to enhance service quality. What We Seek A passion for delivering excellence in client service, with an emphasis on anticipating needs. Expert knowledge of Sabre GDS. Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Meticulous attention to detail. Integrity in handling personal traveler information. A sound understanding of the travel industry, with experience in business or leisure travel, or airline reservations preferred. The ability to resolve customer issues quickly, whether independently or in collaboration with suppliers. A spirit of teamwork and a willingness to receive feedback. Our Traveler Care team operates 24/7. While we have dedicated night shift colleagues, flexibility for afternoon (12-8 PM) and weekend shifts is essential. Salary and Benefits The base salary for this role in the United States ranges from $39,200.00 to $72,800.00, based on factors like role complexity and the candidate's experience. This position also offers eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus tied to individual and/or company performance.
