Key Responsibilities Required Qualifications Minimum five years of product management experience, with at least three in a leadership role overseeing product managers. Deep understanding of financial software applications and domain knowledge essential for the financial services sector. Hands-on experience with NetSuite, whether as a user, integrator, or product professional. Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing product teams. Extensive experience collaborating across functions such as engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills essential for navigating complex scenarios. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI or machine learning product initiatives in a fintech context is highly desired. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS business models and their associated sales cycles. A track record in contributing to or developing product strategy at an organizational level. Experience scaling product teams or managing organizational change is an advantage.
