Company/Location Overview: BuzzBallz is a beverage manufacturer producing ready-to-drink cocktails and spirits in Carrollton, TX. Our facility is located at 2114 McDaniel Dr., Carrollton, TX 75006. Job Description/Responsibilities: The Assistant Bottling Manager plays a key role in leading day-to-day bottling operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are consistently achieved. This position partners closely with the Bottling Manager to drive operational excellence, develop supervisors, and support continuous improvement initiatives. It’s a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to make a direct impact on efficiency, team development, and overall plant performance.What You’ll DoLead and support bottling operations to meet safety, quality, and production goalsMentor and develop supervisors and team members to drive performance and engagementEnsure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost savings and process optimizationPartner cross-functionally with QA, Shipping, and Customer Service to ensure on-time, in-full delivery Qualifications/Requirements: Required:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific field7+ years of business experience with prior management experience requiredProven leadership experience with a strong ability to develop teams and drive resultsStrong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred:Experience in alcohol beverage or CPG manufacturing environmentsBackground in supply chain, operations, or organizational developmentExperience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and varying conditionsAbility to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed Culture and Benefits: Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more. These benefits may vary depending on location and work type. Learn more about how we support our employees here. The annual salary range for this role is $95,000 to $119,000 yearly.
