Project Manager with Security Clearance

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Carpentersville, IL (Hybrid / On-site preferred) Payrate: $70-80/hr. on W2 Duration: 12-Month Contract (with potential for extension) Division: Engineering Controls Division Qualifications 10 years of project/program management experience within the defense or aerospace manufacturing industry Proven experience managing projects with Tier 1 or Tier 2 defense contractors (Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, L3Harris, BAE Systems, etc.) Strong working knowledge of DCMA processes, defense procurement protocols, and MIL-SPEC documentation Deep understanding of DFARS, ITAR, and DoD compliance requirements Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams through prototype, validation, and production phases Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills in highly technical environments PMP certification preferred, or equivalent program management experience in a defense contracting environment Willingness, and ability to engage at any level needed to drive the project to completion U.S. citizenship required due to contract and export control requirementsbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
