Position Title: Selector Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Overview As a Selector, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores receive the products they need accurately and on time. You'll be an essential part of our team responsible for fulfilling orders that keep our customers satisfied. Key Responsibilities Select and accurately fill store orders from your designated warehouse area daily. Utilize the handheld device provided for efficient order selection. Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals for your assigned area. Handle products with care to prevent damage during selection. Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Be flexible and willing to assist with additional tasks as required by business needs. Job Requirements Ability to lift at least 45 lbs regularly. Capability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for up to 10 hours a day. Consistent dedication to meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
