Job Description Position Title: Selector Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Overview Selectors are responsible for accurately filling orders placed by Huck's stores. This position plays a key role in ensuring stores receive the products they need in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Select and fill store orders accurately from the assigned warehouse area each day. Maintain and correctly use the handheld device assigned to you for order selection. Meet or exceed established productivity rates for your assigned area. Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Job responsibilities may not be limited to selection only. As a CWD associate, you may be required to assist with other job duties if there are business needs. Job Requirements Ability to lift at least 45 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day. Ability to meet or exceed the expected productivity rate consistently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
