Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) ENT Carmel, INWe are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a well-established, high-volume ENT practice in Carmel, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive physician-led team.Role OverviewThe APP will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and management of a focused ENT patient population within established clinical protocols. Common conditions include cerumen impaction, dizziness/vertigo, laryngopharyngeal reflux, and headache-related concerns. The provider will perform select in-office procedures within scope, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and coordinate care with supervising physicians when escalation or surgical evaluation is needed.This is a strong opportunity for an independent clinician who enjoys outpatient medicine, procedure-based care, and continuity of patient relationships in a structured specialty setting.
