Marketing CoordinatorFull Time, On-Site in Carmel, CACarmel Realty Company is currently searching for a full-time creative and results driven Marketing Coordinator to support our luxury brand presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for managing and executing marketing initiatives across social media, email, website, print publications and other online platforms to strengthen brand presence. This role plays a key part in elevating and protecting our luxury brand while supporting our agents and listings through thoughtful, strategic marketing execution. Since 1913, Carmel Realty Company has been a locally owned family business, located in downtown Carmel and has enjoyed an impeccable reputation as the premier luxury brokerage and property management company on the Monterey Peninsula. Carmel Realty and its partner brand, Monterey Coast Realty, are now the largest independent real estate company on the Monterey Peninsula. Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limited to): Collaborate daily with Marketing Team, Brokerage Team, and Agents to execute a range of marketing materials, including proofing and placing orders for approved marketing materials.Plan, manage and analyze content and metrics across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with Carmel Realty Company and Monterey Coast Realty's brand voice and visual standardsCollaborate with the design team, schedule, and publish high-impact social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) showcasing luxury real estate listings and relevant local contentDevelop expertise and take a lead role in photographing Matterport 3D Virtual Tours.Create and distribute Company and Agent eblasts, newsletters, and digital market reports using Mailchimp and Constant ContactSupport campaign development and execution through team collaboration and ideationSupport campaign development and execution through team collaboration and ideationMaintain unified brand voice and messaging across all marketing platformsGain familiarity with all company technology and marketing tools to assist and train agents effectively, including: MailChimp, Constant Contact, Sprout Social, CoreFact, DropBox, Luxury Real Estate Lounge, Agent Portal, MLS ListingsRespond to calls and emails promptly and with professionalism.Prioritize quality and strive for excellent customer experiences at every opportunity.Position Requirements:1-2 years of customer service and administrative experience, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.2 years of business marketing experience preferred.BA/BS degree is preferred but not required.Previous real estate office experience and/or licensure is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.Familiarity with AcrobatPro and CreativeCloud is beneficial but not mandatory.MLS Listings experience is beneficial but not mandatory.Ability to learn quickly and apply problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to company processes.Capacity to thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.Full time, Hourly rate, DOE.Medical Benefits401K after 1 year of employment
