As a Marketing Intern at Vaughn Industries, you'll help capture real moments across our jobsites, offices, and company events. From creating social media posts and short-form videos to helping create content on new platforms like YouTube and TikTok, you'll gain hands-on marketing experience while learning how brand, recruiting, and company culture all connect. This is a great opportunity for a creative, motivated student who wants to build real-world marketing skills and see the impact of their work. Key Duties & Responsibilities Capture photo and video content on jobsites, at company events, and in the office Create and edit short-form videos and graphics for social media platforms Assist in managing Vaughn Industries' social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Help develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars Support recruiting campaigns by creating engaging hiring and culture-focused content Assist with graphic design for marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and event materials Capture employee stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and project progress through interviews and content creation Help track social media performance and marketing analytics to measure engagement and growth RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a high school or college program related to Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field Strong writing, creativity, and communication skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects Willingness to visit construction jobsites and company events to capture real-world content
