What YOU will be responsible for as an HVAC Service Technician: Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC units and their components in residential applications Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services that we provide to benefit them Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process Learning the T.E. Spall & Son HVAC Technician Method (Don't worry, we will train you to be successful!) HVAC Technician Qualifications: 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience A customer-focused mindset - you take pride in helping people A team player with a professional, positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to access attics and tight spaces safely EPA Certification required NATE Certification preferred (but not required) T.E.
