Position SummaryThe Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all maintenance-related activities across assigned properties. This role serves as the primary liaison between tenants, property managers, maintenance staff, and outside vendors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, and prioritize maintenance requests from tenantsCreate, assign, and track work orders through completionCoordinate scheduling for in-house maintenance staff and third-party vendorsCommunicate clearly with tenants regarding repair timelines and accessFollow up on open work orders to ensure timely completionReview and approve maintenance invoices within assigned authority limitsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationEnsure compliance with safety, health, and habitability requirementsAssist with preventative maintenance schedulingSupport property managers with maintenance reporting and updatesHandle emergency maintenance situations as neededJob Type: Full-timePay: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingPaid time offRetirement planApplication Question(s):Are you able to be involved in an on-call rotation for dispatching after hours emergency calls?Experience:Project coordination: 2 years (Preferred)Property maintenance: 2 years (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Work Location: In person
