Sterile technician

Immediate need for a talented Sterile technician. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Canton, GA(Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AMReprocess and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipmentPerform decontamination, inspection, assembly, and packaging of instrumentsEnsure compliance with infection control policies and sterilization standardsMaintain accurate documentation of sterilization processesMonitor and operate sterilization equipmentCollaborate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure instrument availabilityAdhere to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelinesKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in sterile processing or relevant specialtyPreferred: HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) CertificationScrub Color: Dark Blue (provided by facility)Must be open to travel assignments (local candidates not accepted within 50 miles)Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
