This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, driving process improvements, and partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting and finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning both the day-to-day accounting function and broader finance responsibilities including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.The company is looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, improve processes, strengthen reporting accuracy, and help build scalable infrastructure for continued growth.Responsibilities Include:Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger operationsLead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysisPrepare and present financial reporting packages and operational insights to leadershipImprove processes, internal controls, and reporting efficienciesPartner cross-functionally with operations and executive leadershipMaintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across all accounting and finance functionsAssist with strategic initiatives, systems improvements, and operational support as neededIdeal Background:Progressive accounting and finance leadership experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and operational accountingHands-on mentality with the ability to operate strategically and tacticallyExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reportingProcess improvement mindset and strong business acumenExcellent communication skills and leadership presenceExcellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you can make a meaningful impact, bring value, and help shape the future of the organization.Message me directly for additional details.luv.mirani@
