Required Skills: NY State Medical License and Board Certification or Board Eligible (certification expected within the specified timeframe) 1-2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in pain management Proficiency in interventional procedures including ESI, MBB, RFA, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, genicular nerve blocks and RFA, intercoseal nerve blocks, and piriformis injections BLS certification Epic EMR system experience Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills Excellent communication and professional demeanor Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in outpatient clinics with anesthesiology or pain management focus Familiarity with multidisciplinary care approaches Additional certifications in pain management techniques Bilingual abilities or experience serving diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Valid NY State medical license Prior inpatient or outpatient pain management experience preferred Other Requirements: Availability for daytime Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Willingness to participate in after-hours and weekend office call (office call only) Ability to provide coverage at ambulatory clinics and in our Clifton Springs OR space Commitment to high-quality patient care, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $267.54, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
