Business Office ManagerOntario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively seeking a full-time Business Office Manager / Financial Coordinator to work in the business office of our facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and be able to effectively multi-task; should also be computer savvy, have a good personality, and be able to work well with others. Familiarity with skilled nursing facility finances, as well as experience dealing with Medicaid, is preferred.We now offer Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider giving you faster access to your earnings.The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical fieldThe Financial Coordinator will be an integral member of our finance team, whose responsibilities will include:Meeting with residents/families to discuss their financial obligationsWork with residents and families to ensure they are paid in fullMake sure all admission agreements are properly signedMake sure all monthly NAMI (income contributions) are paid in fullOther duties as requiredREQUIREMENTS:Prior experience in a Nursing Home finance/Medicaid office is preferredHigh comfort level to meet with residents/families to discuss and advise on their financial obligationsMust be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft OfficeShould be highly detailed and organizedA car is required for this positionAbout us:Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a long-term care facility that provides the highest possible quality of care and quality of life for all Health Facility residents.
