Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: Camden, NJ Schedule: Hybrid Compensation: $120,000 startingPosition OverviewIn this high-visibility role, you will serve as the primary link between the Corporate HQ leadership team and a national workforce of approximately 500 warehouse and distribution employees. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between strategic corporate initiatives and the tactical needs of our large-scale logistics and distribution operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Planning: Utilize a strategic approach to identify skill gaps and manage intentional backfilling decisions to meet organizational goals.Talent & Mobility: Partner with COEs to forecast talent needs and provide hands-on coaching to employees regarding internal mobility and career progression.Change & Performance: Provide transformational advice on restructures and culture-driven initiatives while embedding a high-performance culture across the unit.Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues and provide transactional support for organizational changes.National Oversight: Manage cross-functional HR projects and travel monthly to national sites to support distribution operations.QualificationsExperience: 6-7 years of HR experience required (10+ years preferred).Industry Expertise: Proven track record supporting a large hourly/warehouse/distribution center workforce. Experience in Retail, Logistics, or Light Industrial environments is highly preferred.Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of People Analytics and current HR laws/compliance practices.Communication: Exceptional professional presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and lead with empathy.Flexibility: Ability to travel monthly and flex into the office on remote days if business needs arise.Compensation & BenefitsFinancial: $120k Starting Base Salary, Annual Bonus, Pension, and Profit Sharing.Retirement: 401(k) with company match.Education: $15,000 annual tuition reimbursement program.PTO: 15 Vacation days, 5 Floating Holidays, 5 Sick days, and 9 Company Holidays.
