Marina Dock Hand - FT/Seasonal

This seasonal position will end October 2026. Our Marina is a focal point of the resort, with three piers extending from the main breakwater in front of the resort, with our 150-slip marina. The Marina Dock Hand is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the marina, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and boaters. This role involves assisting with docking and fueling boats, maintaining marina facilities, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors. Responsibilities * The Dock hand must have experience docking boats of all sizes. * Ensure unsurpassed quality operation of friendly and courteous attitudes to all guests. * Maintain a safe dock area for berthing. * Monitor and maintain cleanliness & minor maintenance of the marina docks, fuel station and surrounding areas. * Provide exceptional customer service to marina annual members and transient guests.
