Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for March 23, 24, 25, & 27 at their Corporate Health center in Cambridge City, IN. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and some occupational health including DOT exams. Hours are Monday 7:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am-3:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am-6:00pm, and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-1:00pm (clinic closes for lunch). Clinic is staffed by one MA and one provider. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
