The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment. This role involves supporting the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility. The employee in this position works in a dirty, wet, noisy environment exposed to extremes of hot and cold temperatures. A general laborer will do various activities within the tire recycling facility.
