Receptionist The Receptionist is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below: Job Responsibilities Promptly and warmly greet, meet, and answer phone calls and directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department. Distribute mail and coordinate courier pick ups. Perform basic clerical duties such as faxing, taking notes, organizing, photocopying and laminating. Maintaining the coffee station. May cross train to perform other duties. Job Skills Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship skills. Basic computer skills. Attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, and who is detail orientated with speed and accuracy.
