Junior Maintenance Mechanic

We are sourcing for a Junior Maintenance Mechanic for a company located in West Caldwell, NJ. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities to keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities of the Junior Maintenance Mechanic:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete corrective actions. Support setup, adjustments, and changeovers on production lines. Assist with preventative maintenance to reduce downtime. Operate and maintain laser and inkjet coding equipment. Support equipment installations and process improvements. Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment issues. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Benefits of the Junior Maintenance Mechanic:Monday-Friday 6 am-2 pm, overtime as needed. Pay rate $23-$25 based on experience. Medical / Dental/ Vision, no waiting period.
