Respond to the ED for emergent OB issues, admit and discharge OB patients from the inpatient setting.The nearest higher level nursery is in Traverse City but Cadillac has a very good working relationship with a Maternal Fetal Medicine group inGrand Rapids and often shares care with patients who see both MFM and them.Anesthesia is in house during the day; on call (not in-house) during the evening and weekend hours.EMR is Cerner
