Demonstrating strong communication skills to assist patients with low literacy. Ensuring comprehensive disease state management for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and multiple sclerosis. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active pharmacist license in PA. Significant experience in retail pharmacy, preferably with specialty pharmacy exposure. Skilled in consulting patients with chronic and advanced disease states. Strong knowledge of the top 200-400 drugs commonly used in retail settings. Compassionate and patient approach oriented towards quality patient care rather than volume. Location: Butler, Pennsylvania Schedule: Per diem hours, aligned with client needs.
