Come join our team!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Oversee and manage the engineering projects and processes essential with injection molding* Work closely with our customers on technical challenges and to determine manufacturing feasibility* Review/oversee/develop tooling and manufacturing fixtures as required* Work collaboratively with tool makers to ensure tools are built to Forte Products standards* Work collaboratively with operations and manufacturing personnel* Review, refine and develop processes for project management, tool maintenance, BOM updates and engineering training* Develop/review cost modelsREQUIRED SKILLS* Technically proficient in injection molding* Technical expertise reading 2D and 3D CAD drawings* Communication skills that allow for participation in customer meetings xijylhu and team projects* Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Degree in plastics engineering, a plusBONUS SKILLS* Experience in Injection Molding* Expertise with design software such as Solid Works or Fusion 360* CNC programming* 3D printing* Capable of performing FMEAEXPECTATIONS* Potential travel to manufacturing facilities as required* Potential travel to customer meetings as requiredSALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCEJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
