As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, your contributions will be essential as you: Conduct comprehensive initial patient assessments and physical examinations to develop effective care plans. Promptly respond to urgent care needs, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions. Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, discerning the need for further appointments and treatment options. Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans, including psychopharmacological agents, tailored to each patient. Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life care to patients and their families when required. Deliver high-quality care while adhering to documentation and coding standards, with a focus on HEDIS measures, patient engagement, and the management of medical expenses. Work Schedule: Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule without weekend shifts, allowing for a balanced work-life. Qualifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with Board Certification. Possession of an NPI number. Current BLS/ACLS certification. Valid driver's license and auto insurance, with a willingness to travel to patients' homes. Attractive salary range of $120,000 to $160,000 based on experience, along with excellent benefits including 4 weeks of PTO and more.
