This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment (including software programming). Includes people management and budgetary/cost reporting.Responsible for schedule creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out. Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, and manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.Job LocationThis is an onsite position located at our Bulls Gap, TN plant.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee, manage, and direct all maintenance procedures and operationsEnsure all machinery is up to working standardsAssess current maintenance work processes, to optimize efficiencyUse data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problemsCreate and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools, equipment etc.)Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary partsTrain new employees in maintenance work processes and proceduresCreate a work environment with safety as a high priorityPerform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of workRecord and track daily progress/error reportsMaintain vendor relationships and order new materials as neededCreate and adhere to maintenance budgetsOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred5+ years relevant experience in maintenanceExtensive knowledge in a variety of mechanical systemsPrevious managerial experience highly preferredExperience managing multiple vendorsCan effectively and efficiently handle both administrative and mechanical responsibilitiesStrong computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and a solid understanding of data analysis softwareAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.What CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
