The HVAC Field Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring field technicians, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating and conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring superior customer service. The role will also involve reviewing job sites, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and mentor field technicians effectivelyExtensive knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repairExpertise in Troubleshooting and conducting Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal system performanceExceptional Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with clientsStrong organizational and communication abilitiesCommitment to maintaining safety standards and adherence to relevant codes and regulationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, with additional technical certifications in HVAC preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving record
