Administrative Assistant Allient Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Headquarters in Buffalo, New York! The Administrative Assistant performs full administrative duties for one or more upper-level executives. Responsibilities: Sets up and maintains records, files, programs and databases on personal computer. Manipulates, retrieves, and distributes data as required. Composes and types letters on routine matters for superior's approval. Assembles and submits relevant data from files, etc. Compiles statistics and information as directed. Sets up and types from material available reports and similar presentations, usually in prescribed form but with some individual judgment. Acts as a receptionist for the executive, screening telephone calls, letters and/or visitors, answer questions, and schedule appointments when possible to save time for superiors. Maintains file for superior's correspondence, records, etc. Maintains confidential records and information; arrange travel schedule and accommodations. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High school degree, or GED. 3-5 years of general secretarial experience is required.
