Description Position Type: Full-time Job Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Finance Manager specializing in P&L Analysis. In this crucial role, you will leverage your expertise to deeply analyze all aspects of the P&L, focusing on strategies to maximize profits and minimize losses. You will have the opportunity to influence profitability by examining labor, equipment, and other costs while providing critical insights to support the field-facing FP&A team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive analysis of expense categories, including labor and equipment, to identify trends and variances. Proactively seek opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to expenses, offering regular updates against budget and forecast. Collaborate with various departments to collect data and align strategies for effective expense management. Deliver insightful financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making regarding resource allocation and overall performance. Develop complex financial models to evaluate different spending scenarios and support investment decisions. Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders. Drive enhancements to financial processes, systems, and reporting for improved efficiency and accuracy. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, with proven managerial experience. Strong understanding of financial statements and advanced analytical methods. Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills, especially in presenting financial data to senior stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Excel, with a preference for familiarity with Oracle EPM, Oracle Analytics, and Power BI. Preferred Qualifications: CPA, MBA, or other advanced financial certification. In this role, you will work closely with management to identify recruiting needs, meet deadlines, and enforce safety protocols among your team. As a Foreperson, you will handle routine job site issues and engage with crew members through training, management, and mentoring. Provide field training and ensure crew members are updated on job procedures. Implement and enforce safety practices as per company policy and OSHA regulations. Engage with property owners/customers to resolve access and service-related issues. Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently, maintaining constructive public relations. Document crew performance, maintain accurate records, and manage costs effectively. Collaborate with relevant parties to report on job completions, damaged property, and more. Conduct inspections and repairs on tools, trucks, and other equipment. Minimum Qualifications: Understanding of electrical drawings and symbols. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing field requirements. Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle. Capacity to work at heights and safe manual handling. Education & Experience: Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 3120 hours of experience in the line clearance industry required. Licenses & Certifications: A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required. Physical Requirements: Rare (10%): Crawling, climbing; lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasional (33%): Standing, kneeling, lifting over 10 lbs. up to 50 lbs. Frequent (66%): Walking, sitting, operating vehicles. Continuous (100%): Speaking, seeing, hearing.
