Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-12am Pay: $26-28 What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and select manual machines Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers to determine machining requirements Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.) to verify tolerances Make program or offset adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Troubleshoot machining and quality issues to minimize downtime Complete secondary operations and support downstream production as needed Assist with material movement, staging, and forklift operation Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve workflows What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of hands-on machining experience, including CNC setup and operation Technical certificate, associate degree, or comparable manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret GD&T Recent forklift experience with a prior certification Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Physical & Work Environment On your feet for most of the shift (standing/walking required) Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements Regular lifting of materials, including team lifts over 50 lbs.
