As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll manage the centralized cash depository function and serve as a vital link between the Controller's Office and various departments. You'll work closely with the finance team to deliver results that make a difference. What You'll Do: As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for: Manages the centralized cash depository function for the Controller's Office. Processes cash, check, and electronic payments with high accuracy and attention to detail. Prepares bank deposits and reconciles payments to ensure financial records are precise. Operates the cashier window and manages all petty cash transactions. Acts as the first point of contact for internal departments regarding Accounts Receivable inquiries. Maintains organized financial documentation for all processed transactions.
