The successful candidate will be a key member of the emergency team, helping to stabilize and treat patients with urgent and emergent conditions.Responsibilities:Provide direct and comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Department.Assess, diagnose, and implement care plans for patients experiencing acute medical conditions or trauma.Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform emergency interventions as needed.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.Adhere to established clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in ANY state licenseMinimum of three years of experience in an emergency or acute care setting.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required).Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification (preferred).Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt to a diverse range of medical emergencies.
