This is an opportunity to work alongside skilled aviation professionals in a collaborative, excellence-driven environment where your expertise makes a real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDisassemble and assemble engines, modules, components, and assemblies per customer specifications, regulatory standards, and company guidelines.Troubleshoot engine issues, identify root causes, and adjust repairs as required.Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and specifications; use precision measuring tools to verify part serviceability.Operate machinery, tools, jigs, and fixtures relevant to MRO tasks.Maintain strict compliance with all FAA/DOT mandates and aviation regulations.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience overhauling and repairing Rolls-Royce M250 and/or RR300 engines.FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification preferred; equivalent experience considered.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented work ethic.Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test; subject to random testing during employment.Some personal hand tools required.#insjRequirements:  Job Type:  Temp to Hire Post Date:  03/02/2026
