This is a fully onsite direct-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Job Description:The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while supporting staff management, workflow coordination, and administrative processes. This individual will work closely with leadership to improve office performance, maintain productivity standards, and support a growing team environment.This role requires a proactive professional who can multitask effectively, communicate confidently across departments, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily office activities and ensure operational efficiency across departmentsSupervise administrative support staff and assist with team coordination and performance managementMonitor office workflows, identify process improvements, and help maintain productivity goalsManage office resources, inventory, and vendor or facility-related needsServe as a liaison between the local office and company leadership teamsSupport HR-related functions including onboarding coordination, employee support, and interview schedulingAssist leadership with operational planning, reporting, and departmental initiativesMaintain accurate documentation, internal communications, and operational recordsHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionAdapt to changing business priorities and support additional operational needs as requiredQualifications:Previous experience in office management, operations management, or administrative leadership requiredBilingual in SpanishStrong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supervising or supporting administrative teams preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and make sound day-to-day operational decisionsProficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology systemsProfessional demeanor with strong problem-solving and leadership capabilitiesFlexible schedule availability, including occasional Saturday coverageAdditional Details:Direct Hire opportunityFully onsite position in Broomfield, COSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMTwo Saturdays per month required (shift options between 8:00 AM-2:00 PM or 9:00 AM-3:00 PM)Opportunities for career advancement, structured training, and team incentive programsBusiness professional office environment with modern technology and collaborative cultureAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
