Join us to build a career where you can grow, belong, and make a real impact.Compensation: Click or tap here to enter text.What You’ll Do:Assist Customer Specialists in closing sales and conduct “Fly-Bys”/TO’s on every dealWork with Customer Specialists to set sales and gross objectives and increase F& I penetrationManage the efforts of vehicle salespeople to enhance the customer satisfaction rating of the dealership and exceed the minimum standard for the Customer Satisfaction IndexManage the F&I Process and PVR expectationsCoordinate in store training (Product, Closing and Sales Process)Partner with the Finance team to develop and coordinate best practices and finance product salesManage the follow-up, DS processes and appointment handling process. Road to 50% overall close on show floor visitsFollow company rules for safeguarding customer information at all timesVerify that every customer is being offered ancillary products per Walser PolicyEnsure that titles for trades are collected at the time of sale and verify that payoff information is correctTrain and manage staff in company policies and ensure adherence to all company policiesMotivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all department staff conducting disciplinary action or PIP’s as needed and administer annual performance evaluations for staff with thoughtful feedbackAppraise staff productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in statusComplete employee terminations based on policy violations with HR approvalManage all staff pay rates and hours worked, schedules, time off, and other administrative dutiesCoordinate with the Recruiting Department to interview and hire department staffEnsure that any employee relations issues or concerns are addressed and escalated to HR when necessaryMonitor and assist in the implementation of company initiatives and legal compliance measures and ensure the communication of company news on a regular basisEnsure Walser service processes and scripts are followed by employeesSupport the career and professional development of staffLead by example and be an advocate for staffMust wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departmentsMust wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departmentsAll other duties, tasks and/or projects as assignedExpected Direct ReportsAccount Executive(s)Customer Specialist(s)Uphold Walser’s Core Values:Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open MindedWhat You Bring:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a minimum of 1-year automobile sales experienceMust have excellent customer service skillsMust have a positive attitude and work well in a team environmentMust have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record What’s In It For You?
