Our work balances creativity with operational rigor to build high-quality products through close collaboration, high standards, and a shared commitment to doing our work well.We're looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Marketing Coordinator to support and scale our influencer and affiliate programs.About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone early in their career (1-2 years experience) who is passionate about influencer marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves building relationships.You'll work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to manage day-to-day influencer communications, coordinate content and campaigns, and support initiatives across platforms like ShopMy, LTK, and Shopify Collabs.Influencer & Creator ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with a high volume of influencers and creatorsManage day-to-day communication including outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing engagementSupport gifting initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from outreach to deliveryWork across our community to increase engagement during Holidays and sales periods.Identify and recruit new creators aligned with the Lalo brandContent Coordination & Creative DirectionHelp develop and write content briefs for influencer campaignsProvide clear creative direction and ensure deliverables align with brand standardsTrack and manage content deliverables to ensure timely executionPartnerships & Cross-Functional CollaborationSupport broader brand partnerships initiatives as neededCoordinate with social and design teams to execute campaigns and deliverablesHelp keep projects organized and moving forward across multiple stakeholdersWho You Are1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related fieldPassionate about influencer marketing, content, and the DTC/consumer brand spaceHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at onceRelationship-driven, you enjoy communicating with creators and building genuine connectionsClear and professional written communication (you'll be the voice of Lalo to many partners)Resilient and proactive, you don't wait for opportunities, you create themNice to HaveExperience with influencer platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Shopify Collabs or similar)Experience working with DTC brands, especially in lifestyle, baby, or home categoriesA creative eye for content and understanding of what performs well on social
