Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Supervisor The Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the pre-litigation department and ensures cases are managed efficiently from intake through resolution. This role provides leadership to case managers and support staff while maintaining high standards for file quality, compliance, and client service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support pre-litigation case managers and legal assistantsManage caseload distribution and monitor workflow across the departmentOversee case progression from intake through demand submission and resolutionEnsure timely collection of medical records, bills, liens, and supporting documentationReview files for liability development, damages documentation, and completenessEnsure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsIdentify and address file deficiencies or delaysEscalate complex or high-value matters to attorneys as appropriateTrack key performance indicators, including case cycle time and file movementPrepare department performance reports for leadershipTrain, mentor, and evaluate team membersConduct regular file audits and team meetingsAddress escalated client concerns and maintain high client satisfaction standardsImplement process improvements to increase efficiency and consistencyQualifications5+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experiencePrior supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of bodily injury claims and medical terminologyExperience reviewing demand packages and managing case documentationProficiency in case management softwareStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
