Boro Park Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care in Brooklyn, NY. We now offer Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider giving you faster access to your earnings!Duties Include:Responsible for all open wounds in the facility- including cleaning and dressingResponsible for completing admission paperworkProviding advice & support to the Residents and their familiesMonitoring Residents and administering medication and treatmentsDocumenting Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. recordsProtecting Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocolsResolving Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategiesAssuring quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of careMaintaining Resident confidence by keeping information confidentialTracking of infection controlMonitoring and reporting, including monthly reportsRequirements:Current NYS State RN LicenseLong-Term Care Experience PreferredMust be wound and ostomy certifiedSolid computer skills; working knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication skillsFriendly and a team worker About us:Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 510-bed rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of the Boro Park section of Brooklyn.
