Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.Active New York State SLP license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, including instrumental assessment familiarity (FEES or MBSS) preferred.Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
