They are passionate about thoughtful design and believe strong design and financial performance go hand in hand.Position Overview:Our client is seeking an Intermediate / Project Architect (5-10 years experience) to support the design, coordination, and delivery of multi-family residential developments throughout NYC. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ideal for someone eager to take ownership and be involved in all phases of a project"”from feasibility through construction administration.Project Phases:All phases (Feasibility through Construction Administration)Key Responsibilities:Lead coordination of consultants, vendors, and contractorsPerform zoning and design feasibility studiesPrepare design documents and NYC DOB filing setsManage project approvals and filing processesOversee construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, and submittalsCollaborate closely with internal architecture and development teamsRequirements:5-10 years of professional experience (architecture / development)Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code, Zoning Regulations, and DOB processes ( NYC DOB experience requiredExperience coordinating with consulting engineersUnderstanding of building envelope, waterproofing, and MEP systemsProficiency in RevitConstruction Administration experienceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveStrong communication and collaboration skillsBenefits:401(k)Health InsurancePaid Time OffCommuter BenefitsProfessional development reimbursement (licenses, exams, memberships)Salary / Hourly:80-110k, varies depending on experience level
