We're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering major transit projects.As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation of accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates for large-scale public transit and heavy civil works. Projects may include rail systems, stations, tunnels, bridges, highways, and associated infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end estimating for public transit and heavy civil projectsAnalyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop detailed cost plansManage quantity take-offs, pricing, and risk analysisCollaborate with engineering, project management, and procurement teamsEvaluate subcontractor and supplier bidsDevelop and maintain estimating databases and benchmarksProvide value engineering options and cost-saving strategiesPresent estimates to senior leadership and clientsRequirements: Extensive experience in heavy civil construction estimating, with a focus on public transit or infrastructureProven ability to lead estimates on large, complex projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost driversProficiency with estimating software and cost management toolsExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAPPLY today for immediate consideration!
