This role is critical to ensuring assets are properly maintained, organized, and deployed across events. Additionally, this role will be critical in our merchandise operation both for e-commerce and event-based activations. This position is hands-on and based in Williamsburg, NY, with daily on-site presence required.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records across equipment, assets, and supplies using Excel or Google SheetsTrack inventory movement throughout load-ins, load-outs, storage, and event returnsOrganize warehouse layout to ensure efficient access, clear labeling, and proper storageCoordinate inventory preparation, load-ins, load-outs, and post-event returnsIdentify inventory shortages, damage, or discrepancies and proactively report to operations leadershipMaintain systems that support accountability and loss preventionSupport on-site event operations, including physical setup, breakdown, and post-event inventory reconciliationCommunicate clearly and consistently with operations leadership regarding inventory status, risks, and needsSchedule and manage the packing, loading, and unloading of brand trailersSkillsProven understanding of inventory management systems and workflowsPhysical ability to lift and move items up to 25 poundsProficiency in Excel and Google SheetsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environmentAbility to commute daily to Williamsburg, NYSolution-oriented mindset with high attention to detailEvent experienceBasic Assembly/Carpentry skillsBonusForklift CertifiedBilingual or ability to speak basic Spanish
