This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing systems, implementing processes, and ensuring accurate, efficient movement of all hardware across deployments.What You Will OwnWarehouse & Inventory SystemsOwn all warehouse and inventory operations, including system design and process implementationEvaluate, implement, and manage a warehouse management system (WMS)Build and enforce SOPs for inventory intake, tracking, fulfillment, and reconciliationMaintain real-time inventory accuracy across warehouse and field operationsLead cycle counts, audits, and full physical inventoriesReduce shrink and inventory discrepanciesLogistics & FulfillmentOwn all shipping, receiving, and distribution workflowsManage relationships with shipping vendors and negotiate ratesEnsure accurate, timely communication of shipment statusOptimize fulfillment speed, cost, and reliabilityPlanning & OperationsForecast inventory needs in collaboration with operations teamsSupport hardware procurement planning and budgetingImprove warehouse workflows to increase throughput and efficiencyTeam LeadershipManage and develop warehouse support staffLead onboarding, training, and performance managementSet priorities and ensure accountabilityWhat Success Looks LikeInventory accuracy consistently above 98%Reduced shrink and discrepanciesReliable, on-time fulfillmentScalable systems in placeClear visibility into inventoryQualificationsRequired5+ years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operationsExperience building or improving inventory systemsStrong understanding of inventory controlsExperience managing workflows or small teamsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS)Experience in hardware or electronics environmentsFamiliarity with RFID or tracking technologiesExperience in live events or hospitality environmentsTechnical troubleshooting abilityPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyAbility to move equipment up to 100 lbsComfortable working in a warehouse environment
