Temporary Project Manager, A+D

Title: Temporary Project Manager, A+D Industry: Architecture & Design Location: New York, NY Duration: ASAP 6 months Responsibilities Partner with Business/Sales, Merchandising, Retail, and Construction Teams in development of projects. Work within a team of project managers responsible for day-to-day management of new store projects and renovations. Produce schematic design and design development packages for new wholesale and retail locations. Manage project aspects including design, construction, millwork, budget, and schedule for multiple projects. Coordinate project requirements with the brand's in-house departments and maintain communication with vendors. Requirements Degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of experience in retail design or high end/custom residential architecture. High proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 or more recent version. Proficiency in Adobe applications and various Autodesk applications, Word, Excel, and 3D rendering software. High level of design skills with ability to sketch. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
