Responsibilities include designing innovative product concepts as well as functional and visually appealing packaging solutions. The Product and Packaging Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with branding and market trends, prepare presentations and prototypes, and oversee production processes to ensure design specifications are met. Additional day-to-day tasks include contributing to brainstorming sessions and keeping designs aligned with current consumer demands.QualificationsExperience in Product Design, Packaging Design, and Graphic DesignProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D Design softwareUnderstanding of materials, production processes, and sustainable design principlesStrong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to innovate based on market trendsTeam collaboration skills and ability to adapt designs to meet cross-departmental objectivesTime management skills to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projectsBachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related fieldExperience in consumer goods, health & beauty, or fashion accessories is a plus
