To create an environment where all team members can reach their highest potential. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES You must be 18 years of age or older. General job duties include having a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle for delivery, and navigational skills. You should also possess communication skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, and motor coordination skills. Essential functions include taking and processing orders, entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. WORK CONDITIONS Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. SENSING Talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. TEMPERAMENTS Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions. ESSENTIAL SKILLS Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Carrying pizzas and beverages during delivery, driving pizzas within a designated delivery area, walking between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location, and climbing during delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs.
