We are looking for an experienced Sales and Branch Operations Manager to drive sales growth and operational excellence. This is a dynamic role suitable for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building B2B relationships while adhering to performance goals and established processes. In this role, you will be tasked with: Driving new business development through proactive sales efforts, including prospecting, cold calling, and client networking. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR leaders, operations managers, and executives. Identifying the workforce needs of clients and offering tailored staffing solutions. Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms to secure mutually beneficial relationships. Achieving branch revenue goals, gross margin, and growth targets. Leading and overseeing office personnel to meet branch and company objectives. Implementing effective recruitment strategies to align talent with client demand. Managing staff scheduling, cost control, and ensuring quality service delivery. Handling personnel functions such as hiring, performance management, and salary administration. Monitoring operational performance to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience (preferably in staffing or service-based sales). Proven success in prospecting, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. Strong consultative sales and negotiation abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of personalities. Capability to work independently and effectively manage business development initiatives. Leadership experience with successful team management skills. Solid administrative and operational management capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in direct sales and management.
